- You will not republish or rebrand Pixly as your own commercial product without written permission.
3. Intellectual property
The Pixly name, design, code, and content are owned by Saboor Tahir. Files you upload and the resulting converted output remain your property. We claim no ownership over your images.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accurate, lossless conversion, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Always keep a backup of your original files.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixly and Saboor Tahir shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files.
6. Third-party content and ads
Pixly may display third-party advertisements (such as those served by Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of those ads or the policies of advertisers. Your interaction with any third party is solely between you and that party.
